Have you noticed automatic transmission fluid leaking from underneath your car? The cause may be a failed wiring harness spacer, sometimes called the pilot bushing.

This part is a common failure item on Mercedes-Benz models with the 722.6xx automatic transmission, and once it starts leaking, it must be replaced to prevent transmission fluid from continuing to leak, eventually reaching the transmission control module, causing even more damage.
